In 1992 Timothy Cooper went to his mail box and found something unique and extraordinary: A package that contained 23 photocopied pages of research documents relating to possible alien contact. These papers involved the supposed admission by Albert Einstein and Robert Oppenheimer, that aliens existed, and that the government was well aware of UFO's entering our aerospace. Cooper then gave the papers to a father and son research team of Robert and Ryan Wood.
The documents were entitled "Relationship with inhabitants of Celestial bodies", and was signed by Albert Einstein and Robert Oppenheimer in 1947. A main consideration in the papers dealt with the possibility that alterations and adjustments had to be made in order to deal with a possible interaction with Alien Biological Entities. Einstein suggested that if ET's existed, then all nations would have to seriously think about their international laws. According to sources, Einstein believed that the law should be named the 'Law Among Planetary People'. The law would focus on ET's as sentient, and recognized as having rights.
In 1947, the subject of war weighed heavily on the hearts and souls of the world. The papers also brought up the subject of war, and that the military had been aware of the presence of ET's as well as UFO's entering our atmosphere. The scientists suggested that possible origins of UFO's were the moon or Mars, with the possibility of terraforming atmospheres. The scientists held concerns that the ET's The paper supposedly states that the military has been aware of UFOs entering our atmosphere. Both scientists pushed for all nations to disarm. The reason being that they believed aliens became interested in our planet after sensing the disturbance in our atmosphere due to the atomic bomb program. This paper was allegedly presented to the US government, and states that the President and Secretary of State Marshall refused to entertain the findings, and refused to discuss the topic.
There are some, that actually believe that Einstein's massive intellect was the result of communication with ETs. These folks put forth the hypothesis that Einstein was in contact with ET's, who gave him the inspiration for his theories, and this, they posit, is what prompted Einstein to become interested in ET's.
Most people believe this was a Hoax, and have debunked the story. However, is it a hoax, or is it being labeled a hoax, in order to cover up the fact that such documents really exist? it is important to remember that there are those that believe the human race is not ready for disclosure regarding the existence of alien life forms, so any and all papers that are exposed to the public will be debunked as a hoax.
